CCNC seeks to fill a newly-created position of Human Resources Professional to join our dynamic and talented leadership team.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 – 5 years of qualifying experience and will play a major role in helping to create and develop the club as the number one “employer of choice” in Moore County.
Leadership responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Recruitment, selection and on-boarding of the most qualified and talented applicants in the industry
General administration of:
All employee benefits programs
Workers’ compensation
Employee motivation and retention programs
Policy development and administration
Performance management
Compliance with all federal and state employment laws as well as other responsibilities typically associated with the human resources function.
