Embers BBQ in Downtown Southern Pines is looking for a part-time Line Cook / Fry Cook. This

position offers 10-20 hours per week, with pay based on experience. We're seeking reliable and

hardworking individuals who are passionate about food and customer service.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring high quality and presentation

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including utensils, cookware, and

equipment

• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

• Assist with inventory, restocking supplies, and keeping kitchen stocked

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
