First Flight Agency is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent to assist both ticket buyers and sellers with the TicketMe portals. The individual selected for this role will be a highly energetic self-starter who will take on responsibilities within our support department. This role will also be the support backup to our online radio stations. The ideal candidate must have a strong customer focus and will ultimately be in charge of customer service for our existing and new customers and operational activities within our TicketMe group.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Onboarding and reviewing new organizations to the TicketMe portal
• Troubleshooting with ticket buyers and sellers
• Monthly and biweekly newsletters
