Join Our Team as a Swimming Pool Facility Manager!

Foxfire Village is looking for a dedicated and experienced Swimming Pool Facility Manager to oversee our municipal pool this summer. If you're a strong leader passionate about safety, teamwork, and creating an enjoyable community space, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and support pool staff.

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and cleanliness.

• Develop and manage staff schedules.

• Train and mentor staff to ensure top performance.

• Enforce all health and safety regulations.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Reliable, professional, and available for flexible shifts from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

• Previous pool management experience preferred.

What We Offer:

Competitive pay: $17.00 per hour
