Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee and arrange all office documents and paperwork
- Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring all logistical details are addressed
- Manage internal and external communications and correspondence
- Ensure comprehensive and accurate record-keeping on all relevant matters
- Provide support to the Executive Director and fellow team members
- Capable of prioritizing a diverse range of assignments and adapting swiftly to changing demands
- Collaborate with committees, task forces, and the Board of Directors
- Assist with managing office supplies and logistics for efficient operations
Requirements:
- Associate's degree mandatory; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Superior verbal and written communication talents
