Moore County’s premiere “55 and Over” Residential Community, Pinehurst Trace, is seeking a highly skilled and organized General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their homeowners association. The General Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the association, managing administrative tasks, coordinating maintenance and exterior repair to all properties. General Manager will also serve as Activities Director and will plan, finalize and coordinate a monthly schedule of activities and events for residents.

Duties & responsibilities include:

• Support the PTHA Board of Directors & Architectural Review Board

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with homeowners, board members, and vendors.

• Manage & supervise maintenance personnel with a basic knowledge of maintenance, landscaping, & community infrastructure.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficient in using computer software and systems for record-keeping, financial management, and communication.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.


Salary commensurate with abilities, experience, and skills.

Negotiable at time of hire.
