TCL-CLive Support Specialist

Sandhills Center is a Local Management Entity-Managed Care Organization (LME-MCO) serving people in eleven counties in central North Carolina.

• Ensures that all required documents are accurately completed and entered into CLIVe-payment reimbursement system to ensure that TCL members transition to supportive housing, subsidy payments are sent in a timely manner and members remain in housing. 


• Manages the Transition Year Stability Resource-TYSR Funds for accuracy and to ensure that funds utilized are in accordance with rules and regulations set forth by NC DHHS. 


• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of housing guidelines, fair housing laws, federal vouchers, general office procedures and equipment and tenant rights and responsibilities.
