Front Desk Associate - Tile and Store

As the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming showroom experience while providing top-tier administrative support. This position is perfect for someone with a keen eye for design, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate showroom visits, design consultations, and deliveries.
- Guide customers in exploring tile and stone options, helping them find the perfect match for their design projects.
- Maintain a stylish, clean, and organized front desk and showroom area.
- Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately as needed.
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked.
- Provide administrative support to sales and design team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A passion for interior design, home décor, or the construction industry is a huge plus!
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a front desk, showroom, customer service, or retail role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for design aesthetics and color coordination is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
