Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager
to oversee the daily operations of our spa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for
wellness and a strong background in spa management. The Spa Manager will be
responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, supporting
sales/marketing and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including
scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff, including therapists
and support staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing
training and development.
Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing
client concerns and feedback promptly and professionally. Maintain a welcoming
and relaxing atmosphere for all clients.
Financial Management: Manage the spa's budget, including revenue and
expense tracking. Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals
and increase profitability.
Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing plans to attract new
clients and retain existing ones. Collaborate with the marketing team to create
promotional materials and campaigns.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety
regulations. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
Service Excellence: Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in
Massage, Cryotherapy, Float Therapy, and Infrared Therapy. Ensure that all
services are delivered to the highest standards.
Qualifications:
Preferred, proven experience in spa management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of or ability to become quickly educated on spa services, including
Massage, Cryotherapy, Float Therapy, and Infrared Therapy.
Ability to support management of budgets and financial plans.
Proficiency in using spa management software and other relevant tools.
Certification in spa management or a related field is a plus.
Communications and Personal Interactions
Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate
effectively with members and guests, prospective clients, and vendors.
Be able to provide references that will attest for sales, management and
customer Service experience.
Maintain client confidentiality.
Be willing to attend local events focused on expanding Spa client base and sales.
Preferred to have local network and connections of probable Cryotherapy and
Float Therapy customers
Personal Goals
Must have goal of personal growth with a clear timeline estimate of successfully
completing these goals.
Must have goals to participate in and grow business as this focus and
prioritization will be the highest priority of this position.
Preferred to have candidate that has goal of growing this location and opening
other locations.
