Patient Care Manager

PATIENT CARE MANAGER
Pinehurst eye clinic has a need for a Patient Care Manager. Delegate and oversee the daily operations of the Patient Care
Department. Works with management of ambulatory surgical center. Ability to perform all ophthalmic
assistant tasks at minimum of COT level and cover
clinic as needed. Negotiate purchase and sale of Laser equipment, including
maintaining service and maintenance contracts. Minimum COT
certification (prefer COMT certification) and 3-5 years of experience in Patient Care. Knowledge of
Medicare and
reimbursement regulations. Skill at exercising high
degree of initiative
judgment, discretion,
decision making, and
problem solving. Ability to establish and maintain
effective working
relationship with doctors, patients, co-workers, and public. Ability to work
flexible hours, overtime. Full-Time with excellent
